What do I actually do?
Good question. And something I’ve been trying to explain to my mum for many years.
And truth is, it varies depending on what you need.
It always starts with me listening to your communications ideas and ambitions, and tailoring it from there but, broadly speaking, my work falls into the following categories:
Strategy development…I’ll create an insight-driven plan giving you clarity on what to say, who to say it to and how to say it.
Research & insight…I’ll help you get a deeper understanding of what your audience thinks, feels and does using a combination of behavioural analysis & qualitative research approaches (I design and run groups, interviews and co-design myself).
Creative development…I’ll develop your core narrative, key messages and help you design and produce appropriate creative content. It could be a report, a toolkit, possibly an event. It’s too soon to say, we’ve not even met!
Partnerships & collaboration…I’ll bring the right people together to give your work extra oomph. Behavioural scientists, subject specialists, influencers? You might not always have all the answers but let’s find those who do.
Implementation…I’ll help get stuff done, to budget and timeline. Useful for when you just need an extra (and safe) pair of hands for project delivery.
